What to expect when you apply

We’ve designed our interview process to be more than just a conversation.
After submitting your application and completing successful screening by a member of our talent team, you’ll attend an interview session where you’ll meet the team and get an authentic feel for our culture and mission. Virtual events are also available if you’re unable to attend in person.

Application Submission

Candidates can apply directly through our Applicant Tracking System.

Role-specific Screening

Applications are reviewed, and shortlisted candidates undergo role-specific screening.

Interviews

Interviews take place virtually or at in-person events, sometimes including team networking.

Offer Stage

A formal employment contract is sent electronically for review and signing.

Background Checks

Comprehensive background checks are completed prior
to onboarding.

Training and Onboarding

Once checks are cleared, training dates are scheduled with our onboarding team.

Medical Assistants
Medical Assistants participate in a comprehensive onboarding program, scheduled Monday to Friday, held across both our office and clinic locations.
Physicians
Physicians take part in a structured and comprehensive onboarding program, with dates set by our onboarding team:
PHASE 1
Virtual session
PHASE 2
Office-based session
PHASE 3
Clinical training
Training is fully paid for both Medical Assistants and Physicians.
