Neko Health is a healthcare technology company co-founded in 2018 by Swedish engineer Hjalmar Nilsonne and Spotify founder Daniel Ek.

What to expect when you apply
We’ve designed our interview process to be more than just a conversation.
Across a single 1.5-hour session, you’ll experience two stages of our four-step process, meet our team, and get an authentic feel for our culture and mission. Virtual events are also available if you’re unable to attend in person.

Onboarding process
An overview of how we onboard Operators and Physicians.
- Your first day is a shared experience. Operators and clinicians come together for a joint immersion day — an introduction to who we are, why Neko exists, and what it means to be part of the team building a new standard in preventive health.
- From there, onboarding continues as a structured program tailored to each role.
- Operators complete a five-day program, Monday to Friday, across our office and clinic locations.
- Physicians follow a three-day program coordinated by our onboarding team:

- One month in, once you've found your footing, we bring everyone back together for a second round of onboarding. With real experience behind you, this session goes deeper — building on what you've learned in the role and setting you up for the long term.
All training is fully paid for both Operators and Physicians.
